Entopia apre i suoi uffici in Inghilterra.
IT-Analysis.com - Entopia enriches England: "To be more specific, Entopia is about information discovery. In particular, it is concerned with not just understanding content (search) but also how you use that content and who uses it. To put it in a nutshell: Entopia is about understanding what you know.

This understanding can be used in various ways. For example, it can be used within a traditional knowledge management context to capture the knowledge of experienced workers (that is, how they use content) so that this can be passed on to less experienced members of staff. However, it can also be used to support best practice. This is exactly the way that Saab uses Entopia. It has multiple sales divisions in different countries, and Entopia helps the company to deploy consistent practices across these different entities, as well as with partner organisations.

At a technical level, the key to the difference between the Entopia product and other products in this space, is that it is metadata based, capturing usage information across the enterprise, which can then be used to display such things as social networks that exist within the organisation, as well as their relationship to the documents under examination, which can be weighted using a combination of statistical and linguistic methods. There is also a direct link to business logic, so that you can examine the relevance of particular documents to particular processes, such as CRM or marketing."
