Sensitech Inc. announced today that Rafik H. Bishara, PhD, has joined its Board of Directors and, in addition, will serve as a Technical Advisor to the organization. Dr. Bishara retired from his position as Director, Quality Knowledge Management and Technical Support, of Eli Lilly and Company in December 2004 after a 35-year career with that pharmaceutical company.

"Rafik will strengthen our board as one of the world’s leaders in pharmaceutical cold chain management and quality standards," said Eric Schultz, CEO and Chairman of Sensitech. "We are delighted to have his insight and expertise help guide us as we continue to grow our Life Sciences business around the world."
In his role as Technical Advisor, Dr. Bishara will consult to Sensitech’s Management, helping to guide several long-term strategic initiatives around regulations and technology.
Dr. Bishara commented, "I am delighted to join Sensitech both as a Director of the Board and a Technical Advisor. I look forward to contributing to the company’s growth and future success as it launches a variety of new customer-focused programs in markets around the world."
Dr. Bishara was employed by Eli Lilly and Company for thirty-five years. He received a PhD from Purdue University and an M.S from Butler University in Indiana. His undergraduate degree is from Cairo University in Egypt. He is married with three daughters and resides in Carmel, Indiana. ¶ 16:55
